The role & responsibilities:
We’re looking for an Account Manager with a passion for UK sport and a sharp understanding of what makes players tick to join our team in Malta (Europe).
This is a perfect fit for someone early in their iGaming career who’s ready to make a real impact, grow fast, and thrive in a hands-on, fast-paced environment. If you live for Premier League matchdays, Cheltenham week, and weekend accumulators and know how to turn that passion into unforgettable player engagement, we want to hear from you. ⚽🏇
Player Relationship Management – Own a portfolio of high-value players (both casino and sport). Build strong, trust-based relationships that drive engagement, retention, and satisfaction.
Personalisation & Insight – Use player data and betting behaviours to deliver tailored communications, offers, and journeys.
Sports-Led Engagement – Stay ahead of the UK sports calendar and use it to plan player interactions around key moments, from FA Cup ties to big race days.
Player Monitoring – Track activity and flag risk behaviours, RG triggers, or upsell opportunities. Collaborate closely with RG, Compliance, and AML teams.
Cross-Functional Collaboration – Work hand-in-hand with CRM, Sport, Casino, and Product teams to shape end-to-end player experiences and tactical campaigns.
Compliance & Reporting – Keep detailed, professional player notes in line with GDPR and UKGC expectations.
Market Awareness – Keep up with player sentiment, competitor activity, and broader industry trends to inform engagement strategies and maintain kwiff’s competitive edge.
Key skills we’re looking for:
iGaming Experience – You’ve worked in an iGaming role (ideally VIP or customer-facing) and understand the dynamics of player management.
Sports-Obsessed – You have a deep understanding UK sports betting culture, especially football and horse racing
Strong Communicator – You’re confident, personable, and know how to build trust and rapport with players.
RG-Aware – You’ve got a strong handle on responsible gambling and AML principles and know how to apply them in practice.
Versatile Player Management – You're equally comfortable engaging both sports bettors and casino players, adapting your approach to different behaviours, preferences, and motivations.
Detail-Oriented & Proactive – You spot trends before they happen, stay cool under pressure, and act with player experience front of mind.
Bonus points if you have:
Experience using tools like Salesforce, Smartico, Optimove, or ClickUp
Hands-on experience managing VIP or high-value player accounts
Solid knowledge of UKGC compliance for player-facing roles
Exposure to player journeys during major sports campaigns or events

Private Healthcare – Full coverage, including dental.
Performance Bonuses – Quarterly, based on team goals and business impact.
Well-being Allowance – €250 every six months to spend on wellness or fitness.
Free Lunch – Enjoy lunch on us when working from the office.
Long Service Rewards – Travel perks to celebrate your commitment.
Team Socials & Culture – Regular events, office dogs, offsites, plus ping pong and darts.
