As a Head of Digital Marketing, you will play a crucial role in shaping and executing our marketing strategy for our brands in the United Kingdom and Ireland markets, developing and directing campaigns that drive brand awareness, engage our target audience, and deliver measurable results.
You’ll define and drive the digital acquisition engine across paid search, programmatic, and SEO, steering performance with a laser focus on ROI, efficiency, and sustainable growth.

Budget and Channel Management
Manage monthly budgets and spend across digital acquisition channels, including but not limited to paid search, display and programmatic, and SEO. Oversee day-to-day channel performance to maximise ROI and deliver consistently against personal and group KPIs.
Traffic Growth in Priority Geos
Drive qualified traffic in target geographies to support the wider business growth strategy, ensuring channel tactics and investment align with commercial goals.
Campaign Strategy and Optimisation
Strategise, plan, and optimise marketing campaigns across multiple channels. Test, refine, and improve execution to enhance efficiency and scale acquisition results.
Performance Analysis and Insight
Analyse campaign data and performance metrics to evaluate effectiveness. Translate insights into clear, data-led actions and recommendations that improve channel output and support decision-making.
Market and Competitor Awareness
Monitor industry trends, platform developments, and competitor activity to identify opportunities and maintain a competitive edge.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
Work closely with internal teams to enhance the overall marketing proposition, including ongoing improvements to onsite user experience and journey performance. Support additional marketing or cross-functional initiatives as required by the business.
iGaming Expertise
At least 5 years in a senior acquisition role within iGaming, with hands-on experience across both sportsbook and casino. You understand the nuances of player behaviour and channel performance in both regulated and offshore environments.
Proven Acquisition Leader
You’ve delivered and exceeded bold acquisition targets, scaled traffic in competitive markets, and managed multi-brand or multi-geo strategies.
Strategic Thinker with Creative Range
You can zoom out to set the vision but also dive in to rethink a keyword set, challenge a creative angle, or rebuild a funnel.
Organised, Fast-Moving, Impact Driven
Strong organisational discipline, reliable delivery against deadlines, and an ability to juggle multiple projects without dropping quality.
Analytical & Insight-Led

Eligibility
Fluent English is essential. Must have the legal right to work in Gibraltar. A bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or a related field is a plus.
