About the role

We’re looking for a hands-on, curious Digital Marketing Executive to help drive growth across our paid media channels. This is a varied, fast‑paced role at the heart of our marketing engine, combining performance optimisation, creative experimentation, and cross‑team collaboration.

You’ll own end‑to‑end paid campaigns across multiple brands in UK & IE markets and propositions and platforms including Meta, PPC, Snap and ASA, alongside supporting and optimising our affiliate programme. This includes negotiating partnerships, reviewing performance and payback.

You’ll work closely with Brand, Design, Product, CRM and external partners to turn insight into action, improving creatives, landing pages, messaging and journeys based on what the data is telling you.

If you enjoy balancing numbers and creativity, like testing ideas, and want real ownership of campaigns, this role gives you room to grow and make impact.

This role is ideal for someone ready to step up, take ownership and grow their impact across performance and creative marketing.
