As Head of Brand, you will lead the next evolution of kwiff’s brand. This is a pivotal role accountable for defining who we are, what we stand for, how we show up in the world, and how we scale brand impact across multiple channels and audiences.
You’ll build the brand strategy from the ground up - shaping positioning, tone of voice, brand personality, and the creative platforms that bring kwiff to life. You’ll also lead the development and delivery of major integrated campaigns across ATL, digital, social, partnerships and product surfaces, ensuring we consistently show up in bold, unexpected, “kwiff‑like” ways.
This role brings together strategic thinking and creative flair, with hands‑on experience building brands, leading ATL media, managing agencies, and working closely with Digital Marketing to drive full‑funnel performance.

Brand Strategy & Leadership
Build and own kwiff’s multi‑brand strategy, defining positioning, personality, tone of voice and guidelines.
Lead insight and market research to shape long‑term brand direction and ensure distinctiveness.
Creative & Campaign Development
Oversee development of integrated brand campaigns across ATL, digital, social and partnerships.
Manage creative agencies, ensuring clear strategic direction and high‑quality execution.
Media Strategy & ATL Investment
Lead ATL media planning and buying, optimising channel mix to maximise reach and brand impact.
Partner with media agencies to evaluate performance, targeting and investment levels.
Brand Presence & Experience
Ensure a consistent, high‑impact brand presence across all customer touchpoints, including product and CRM.
Collaborate with UX and product teams to embed brand personality into the user experience.
Cross‑Functional Collaboration
Work closely with the Digital Marketing Acquisition team to align brand building with performance activity.
Partner with the CRM team to ensure cohesive storytelling across channels.
Performance & Measurement
Build frameworks to measure brand awareness, consideration and campaign effectiveness.
Partner with Data teams to use insights to refine creative, media strategy and guide future investment decisions and prove brand contribution to overall company growth.
5+ years of experience in brand marketing, ideally with time spent in a high‑growth B2C brands, gaming, sports, entertainment or regulated industry
Proven track record of building and scaling brands
Hands-on experience planning and buying media (VOD, OOH, radio, Influencer)
Demonstrated experience developing and delivering integrated campaigns across ATL + digital
Strong strategic thinking with the ability to define brand positioning, storytelling frameworks and guidelines
Experience managing agencies across creative, media and production
Deep understanding of full-funnel brand building and how brand interacts with performance marketing
Ability to craft clear narratives and influence senior stakeholders
Creative eye with excellent judgement on brand, design, tone and execution
