About the role
We are looking for a Senior Sportsbook Operations Executive who is both knowledgeable and genuinely enthusiastic about sports, sports betting, and the wider gaming industry. The ideal candidate will have strong interest across UK-focused sports, including football, tennis, horse racing, cricket, and more.
The Sportsbook Operations team plays a central role in building, managing and delivering a high-quality mobile betting experience. You will be working within a small, fast-paced team in Malta and London where attention to detail, commercial awareness and a passion for sports betting are essential. ⚽🏇
Key responsibilities
Sports Operations and trading
Monitor and make key trading decisions
Making data-driven decisions to effectively manage our user portfolio
Booking sporting events for live betting
Coverage across evenings and weekends.
Commercial and Player focus
Benchmarking the market and competitor performance
Identifying and arranging attractive offers for users to bet on within the app
Creating and maintaining a consistently strong user betting experience
Utilising our multiple feeds for optimal player experience
Cross Functional Collaboration
Help define and implement our strategy in the department and help communicate that to the wider business
Contributing to the development of innovative betting products with our product and technology teams
Working closely with the Customer Experience team to resolve player queries
What we’re looking for
5 years’ experience within a Sports Trading role
Strong knowledge across multiple sports
In-depth understanding of fixed odds and core betting principles
Experience working with third-party providers
Strong mathematical ability with solid analytical and statistical skills
Highly organised, with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively
Strong team player with a proactive attitude
